Have you heard? Seattle has some awesome new food trucks! From buttery, flaky biscuits smothered in various toppings to meatball sandwiches, Mobile Mavens has you covered. And they cater!! Who wouldn't want to rent a bar housed in an adorable vintage VW bus? Or a bike that carts around delectable frozen treats? I'm already thinking up excuses to rent one of these babies for my next party.

I have been working with Bon Apetit Management Company for the past several years. They are the peeps behind TASTE at SAM, the cafes at the Olympic Sculpture Park, the Starbucks headquarters, Amazon, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among many, MANY others.

One of their newest projects is the adorable Biscuit Box, a local food truck serving buttery and flaky biscuits, smothered in a variety of toppings.

They recently came to my studio to shoot some of their current offerings.
